Remington wire is reputable. They have been around making wire forever. I see no problem buying from them via eBay. That’s a whole lot of thin wire, what are you making?

fooling around with headphones&crossover, need stupidly high values
I think you can get an assortment of gauges in a set from Amazon too. That wire is way too thin to use in crossover coils. You want 18ga minimum for that use.

It can’t carry enough current without getting blazingly hot and possibly melting. Look up a wire gauge vs current capacity chart, it gives all the details on true capacity and resistance by gauge and length.
