Thank you GM for taking the time to model this. I loaded it into Hornrseps and took a quick glance. Very smooth repsonse. I'm interested to hear your design thoughts. My idea of a 'Classic' MLTL with some design thoughts to come.

Yeah, me too! Somehow managed to lose most of what I wrote offline in one of our recent many storm related brownouts, so 'not ready for prime time', yet.

Some build pictures.

You're welcome!Thank you GM for taking the time to model this. I'm interested to hear your design thoughts.
By the time I got through with the storm stuff had totally forgotten, so working on it some now..........
The completed pair. I'm very happy with them! The bass response is just amazing for such small drivers

I did some in-room measurements from the listening position with different toe-in angles. The peak ~40hz is a room node that comes down as I move them away from the wall.
You should take your stuffing out, and tease it until it is very uniform. You probably won’t need as much.

Thank you Dave! Based on your earlier suggestion, I used a dog comb to fluff up the stuffing before I putting it into the final boxes.
.
That looks good. Dog comb is a new one, good on you for discovering a new “tool”.
How much difference did teasing make?

Teasing increased the bass output at the port by ~3db. However, it also reduced the damping of the upper frequency resonances by a similar amount. I think this was becuase I only had 30% of the line length stuffed. When I stuffed 50% of the line length, it damped the upper resonances without killing the bass. So, it worked pretty well! Thank you!
