How much volume do I need at least for 2x 12 inch drivers to get down to 10 Hz and how far can DSP help me?
If you find a 12" driver that will work down to 10Hz, matching it to the air will be a task on its own.
10Hz is below subsonic and we cannot hear it. Elephants and Whales can.

For example the Dayton Ultimax 12"What are the specific drivers you're using?
With DSP a pair of those drivers could be equalized flat to 10Hz in as little as 120 liters sealed, peaking in the 92dB range at one meter, more or less depending on room positioning, size and shape. For example the Dayton Ultimax 12"
Depending on your hearing, that could be audible, though most would be able to feel it at that level.
A larger, low tuned bass reflex box, could kick that level up another 4dB or so, and a much larger tapped horn like the Danley DTS10 (around 685 liters) can do around 100dB at 10Hz, or 116dB at 12.5Hz.
That is more than enough level to make me feel nauseated if sustained for more than a few minutes, and can definitely make sheetrock walls flap between studs.
That said, some "bassaholics" go for even more level in their home theaters/concrete bunkers 😉 .
