Probably not, looks something like a guitar cable designed to be flexible and have low triboelectric noise when flexed.
Between a preamp and a power amp usually would benefit from a lower impedance and more fully shielded outside ground.
Another consideration might be as to the expected length of the cable and the local EMI/RFI environment.

For a line level RCA analog single-ended, unbalanced interconnect:
a coax with a heavy braised shield is the best choice.

But realistically for a short interconnect (say 10 feet/3 meter or less), any shielded cable will be OK.

Well, you can always imagine some exceptional situation, say within 100 feet from a Broadcast transmitter antenna while having a high plate impedance as source, of course. but on today´s average situation: low source impedance and normal electromagnetic fields, practically any shielded cable will do.
