Roth Audio Music Cocoon MC4

Please help
Roth Audio Music Cocoon MC4
I looked everywhere on the forums and couldn't fine anything ( google also with no luck)
I have a brand new Roth Audio Music Cocoon MC4 that blown up after 5 minutes of power on and for the last 4 years was on the shelf waiting for me to fix it, and by the looks that day is here.
To the problem:
Power transformer burned out (was replaced with original) inside the amp the short circuit and dc power board has 2 big resistors ( would say 1W) and a couple of capacitors are bulged.
My problem that the resistors are completely scorched and I can't identify them
Will take some pictures and check the voltages on the power supply (external)
Does someone know this little amp ?
If this is the wrong place ( it is a hybrid amp ) please move to the correct place

It seems this amplifier gets so hot you can "fry eggs " on it and also the power supply gets very -very hot .

I take it its the relatively cheap price that sells it as IMHO- its gravely UNDER designed.

OTOH it sounds "quite nice " --sorry not good enough for me I would rather over-design with reliability than make a quick buck.

A second hand version has sold for £113 --tells you something .

Roth Audio UK based and advertises "value for money " ?

See it this helps
Transformer is around 50VA
Primary 1: 0-120V - White-Brown-Black
Primary 2: (0-120V-0-120V) - Red-Orange-Grey
Secondary 1: 16.5V-0-16.5V - red black-Red
Secondary 2: 0-14.2V - Blue-Blue
Secondary 3: 0-110V - Yellow-Yellow
P/N 0420010234-000ZR
There is a relay in the output board for the stand by function so couldn't check voltage on the plug (pin numbers) sorry

Some more
In the pic with the board you can see the markings with for the connections (13AC, VCC and HV)
Don't mind the stupid colour of the wires it was made in China after all.
Good luck

Thank you very much indeed. I really appreciate your help. I know the pins, because disassembled mine. I gonna use MC34063 chip to get high voltage from 12 volts. Thanks again.
I wonder if you can help...
The limiting resistor in my MC4 went up in smoke (and fire) I just fixed the hole in the board with epoxy and now need some help with a few things
limiting resistors value and if possible picture of the bottom of the board (top side too if possible.
Any update on your project ?
