I found Physical Chemistry to be the most boring course in my entire life. (*)
Specifically recall they beat entropy and thermodynamics to a pulp.... yawn!
Now, geophysics... now that was something to bite into... Lots of hiking, calculations, numerical equations, beer, booze.... Geophysicists do not dwell on entropy, they feed their own thermodynamics as they dig into gravity fields, drink plenty of booze to stay warm and bet the house on a pair of deuces!
(*) Now, don't think I'm pigeonholed in my stuff. I took a course on Modern Japan where one of the books, Industrial Production in Japan during the Meiji Restoration, was full with tables that would make an accountant weep with joy... everything measured in the equivalent units of Go of Rice. I loved that class, got an A+.

My last sentence, I think, was:

Meaning that if in our version of the universe, mass can not exist travelling at the speed of light, and must be fully converted to energy.. then, sentient beings that are made up entirely of energy must be faster than the speed of light. So for them to appear in our space-time continuum they must be contained in their own "bubble".

I dunno.... in the show Star Trek they often appear in sets.
Perhaps they all share the Private Idaho'es are the teleportation device they achieve to 'worm hole" their way so that we can detect them, while they stay safely in their own multi-time/single space home...
Thinking about it.. they always have strange, high pitched voices. How would sound appear in a 3time/1space coordinate system? Would "sound' then become sort of like three harmonics of a fundamental?
Do such energy beings use audio amplifiers made up of three clocks and one single FET?
Dang it, imagine how many Energy Tice Clocks they could sell over there.
(Yes, I'm bored... my wife has developed a really nasty habit of taking over the den for hours on end to watch East Asian soap operas... so I can't fire up my brand new A2 amps. I'm getting VERY pissed off. I think I need to alter her environment and send her to a different universe for a while).
In two more hours, once the amps, preamp and turntable are all at proper operating temps, that TV is gonna be shut off or she's going to start using the earphones that come with the Roku remote!

I have those LPs.... Rock Lobster, Private Idaho.... awesome. I got to find them, those new A2s should drive the Maggies very well with those songs.
Personally, I live in my own Private Idaho. I always speak with myself because I'm pretty much the only person with whom I agree, most of the time, that is. ;-)
Hi there sorry about tardy reply but I live in a different time zone, I am but a simple sheep herder in response to your question, infinity is endless in an outward direction so to speak shouldnt it be inward too or is infinity biassed ,and if something is infinite how can it keep expanding creating new space that didnt exist prior where is it getting this space from? thank you gotta go and look after these blondes
(1) Can Infinity be bounded? That is, can infinity be "outward" bounded as you note but have a boundary at its origin point?
(2) Is the origin point a singularity or just any other point at which energy was transferred from another multiverse membrane into ours? In such case, there is no singularity as the point of origin is not time-space singular.
(3) Perhaps the point of origin, in non membrane multiverse, is not really a singularity but a worm hole into another universe? Idaho?
(4) Is it possible that MH370 found the terminus of the singularity?
(5) Better to be a sheepherder than a mathematician.

wow thanks Tony lots to think about,that first comment is my point really ,as a child i was told an electron was a negatively charged particle and I couldnt get my head around that as what made the charge? so as a simple animal i concluded in my own head that there is a reaction going on inside an electron to make it negative which led me to think that maybe it is infinite going smaller its all conjecture sure ,but what is the truth?
Electrons are negative because they got a bad attitude and put a negative spin on everything. Terrible things... the mathematicians of Modern Physics.

I once spent an hour shooting videos in the bathroom of my hotel room in Brisbane. Proving to myself that the Coriolis force does indeed exist. The toilets in Oz shoot straight.. dang! No spin, but the sinks do. Just fill it up, put some bit of tissue paper, open the stopper and shoot some video. I couldn't measure to verify they were all metric.
