1 and any of the ground connections to tweeter (WDT), 2 and 3 plus the other grounds to the woofers (KW160). It wouldn't surprise me when the tweeter has to be connected inverted (- to 1, + to gnd).
Thanks, filter setup seemed a bit odd; BTW, I believe I stumbled across these speakers, during my surfing for T-S Parameters... No brand name on the back of the enclosures, but spec label, in German... plus "LK 2 MK 2"... best guess brand?1 and any of the ground connections to tweeter (WDT), 2 and 3 plus the other grounds to the woofers (KW160). It wouldn't surprise me when the tweeter has to be connected inverted (- to 1, + to gnd).
If I may, (more of a mechanic than electronics wiz); IFAIK, for C1 C2 to qualify as "parallel", both ends should be connected together; does the C1, L2, C2 wiring indicate 12dB rolloff? furthermore, L1, C3 = 6dB. Hence, polarity reversal for phase alignment (??).
The KW 4Ω/8Ω mid-bass combo is what appeared... odd.... (4Ω functioning more as mid??) Never found WDT spec (i.e. sensitivity)
Been led to the impression that these Westra drivers were originally sourced from Polish company Tonsil

No, They're not parallel, this is the schematic base on your post #1C1 C2 to qualify as "parallel", both ends should be connected together;
AHA... ("in order to qualify..." they are not); thanks for untangling my wiring 🙂 makes MUCH more sense (drawing was duplicating the geographic layout...oops) Soo, C1/L2/C2 is 12dB? and L1/C3 is 6dB... indicating tweeter "reverse polarity" wiring for correct phase? Again, many thanks!👍👍
The tweeter actually does 18dB/oct electrical, the woofers 12. Are you sure it doesn’t use two 8 Ohm woofers in parallel? Using one 4 Ohm and one 8 Ohm at the same crossover branch is unusual.
Westra is indeed an export brand of Tonsil. Used a lot in German DIY designs ‘a century ago’, just like Czech Tesla. Not that bad actually, be it not that elaborate either.

ah, forgot 6dB per element (at least that's what I call it...) Woofers: that is how the drivers were installed; 1398 - 7.9Ω DCR, 1394 - 3.9Ω DCR...
had me scratchin' my head too... solder it up, smoke test, see what comes out. 25 bucks for the setup... tunage for my motorcycle hobby shop... dunno why the wires were cut.
anywhos, thanks again,
john
