Looking for suitable replacement FETs to match to replace this double j-fet package? It's a differential pair for my phono mm card in a Sansui AU-X11. Not having any luck?
2N5247 was listed as a good sub, but it's long gone now too?

Worth a shot! Thank you mister!Matched 2sk170, Lsk170 or 2sk389?
Nice full complementary design on the phono section of the AU-X1 (is this the same circuit used in AU-X11? it uses 2sk131).
Sorry about the poor picture, that's what's available from elektrotanya.com.
The Japanese FET Manual (1989) has the following data for the 2sk131 (attached). It would be helpful to know the idss of your parts to replace them with the correct grade of LSK170. Diyaudio store sells matched pairs at a good price IMO.

I swapped the can board to board and my DC drift never changed so I am moving on ...
Thanks guys for the help!

Your welcome. Looks like the AU-X11 uses a DC servo in the phono, maybe there's a fault there? Thanks guys for the help!
I did replace it, but out of desperation I may drop another in!Your welcome. Looks like the AU-X11 uses a DC servo in the phono, maybe there's a fault there?
