I've got an F5 Turbo. It's all working fine using some RCA inputs. I'd like to hook up the Cardas XLR connectors I've got, but for the life of me I can't find the wiring scheme around, or a good example on how to do it. Any youtubes or instructions around? thanks

To be AES-48 compliant, pin 1 is to be connected straight to the metal enclosure (which is connected to the fourth pin). The enclosure is then to be connected to the internal circuitry at one and only one point.
The F5 Turbo is a single-ended design, unless you use the balanced template. To use an XLR connector as an unbalanced/single-ended connector....I've got an F5 Turbo. Pin 1 is ground
pin 2 is signal
pin 3 is not connected or grounded
However, there's no benefit to doing this, other than the feel-good from seeing those over the top Cards XLR connectors on your rig.
If you have done the balanced F5 version, then follow the previously posted connector pin plan, and realize the slight benefit.
Note that if you drive the amplifier from a single-ended/unbalanced preamp, you will be getting the single-ended plan in this post regardless. And again, not really any point to doing it.
