The microphone need 48V 70mA(but I want to use minimum 2), sensitivity -48dB, self noise 5dB. So I think I need smaller than -137dB noise from power supply. 94-5=89; -48-89=-137

In Phantom the power is common-mode, the signal is differential, giving a LOT of power supply noise rejection.

Phantom power as PRR points out is limited by specification to 10 mA.
Phantom power is sourced from 48V by two 6.81K resistors that can only source 7 mA each into a dead short. 14 mA total.
If your microphone, which you do not specify, requires 48V at 70 mA then it is not Phantom-powered.
It is 48V-powered but not Phantom-powered.
Since you're not willing to tell the people who are offering to help you information they could use to research it further you're probably going to be on your own.
