Looking for an amplifier. any suggestions?

My suggestion is to get something like the Loxjie a30 or SMSL SA300. That way you have both usb and bluetooth input, and they have remote controls as well as subwoofer outputs if you want to add one later on. But I think you should still connect the turntable to the amplifier via RCA-cables. It'll be easier and probably sound better. You could use the bt function of the turntable for a pair of bt headphones, for quiet late night listening or blocking out kids/spouse/humming fridge..... Good luck with the build! 👍👍👍

If you click the link the record player has a MM audiotechnica cartridge. Maybe not the best, but maybe not ceramic.
In my country the easiest source of bluetooth amps is parts-express.com . Not the best, maybe not the worst. I use cables and Peavey PA amps, plus a real dog of a disco-mixer that I spent $25 & a year upgrading to something respectable. Herald Electronics RA-88a had a great case, pots, dog of a power supply & hissy 4558 (at RIAA gain) op amps. Also sold as the Olson RA-88a. RA-88a sounds the same now as my dynaco PAS2 preamp but uses 100 times less watts.

For the price of a cup of coffee, this BT 5.0 Class D amp is not a bad performer. You have nothing to lose.

If you want something more substantial, look at $70 price range amps of SMSL, Topping, etc.

I personally have several Dayton DTA-120 and very happy with it (discontinued unfortunately). I also have this one that I got on Amazon and it works quite well too.
