Hi
Attempt to build another set of portable speaker again but this time will be totally battery powered because i wanted to use it outdoors where no power source is available besides having my car nearby to charge it incase of backup (12V only of course) . I will use TPA3116D2 or TPA3110D2 (2units) because i will be running them in Biamp. Comes to Question now, between SEALED LEAD ACID battery or 18650 which is better in terms of safety, reliability, playtime and charging methods? thanks alot

Lead acid are a total pain, avoid at all costs unless you really want to charge they once a month forever (if you don't they'll sulfate and become useless).
LiFePO4 is a great choice, but note you need the right/suitable charger if you go this way.

Given the choice, I'd go 18650 over lead acid just on the weight of the batteries alone.
That said, why not go with a Lithium lead acid replacement type instead of 18650 if you want runtime and lightweight? As Mark said, you should use a specific charger although they say "A SLA charger may work, but will reduce performance and lifespan of the battery."

The charger isn't expensive though:

If I were going to do something similar, I would make a 6s pack out of these parts...
Cells - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32986543425.html
BMS - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000833521965.html
Charging module (modify for 3A charging) - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000085649216.html
For AC charging you would also need to get a 24V 3A power supply. For charging from a 12V source you would need a 12V to 24V boost converter.

My project for this portable speaker i designed them to operate at 12V only ... so incase there is emergency need to charge i can just open my car hood and charge using my car electrical systemIf I were going to do something similar, I would make a 6s pack out of these parts...

perhaps this fits the bill for my project ... any opinions?

LiFEPO4 is good but really costly ... i am doing this on budgetLiFePO4 is a great choice, but note you need the right/suitable charger if you go this way.
But LiPo doesn't last nearly as long and you have all the palarver of having to baby-sit it when recharging (this is the most likely time for fires to start - although one simple approach is an outdoors charging station).
Image-search for "radio control lipo fires" and you might reconsider.

A 3S LiPo pack will not be able to charge from a vehicle without either the vehicle running or the use of a DC-DC step-up converter (or AC inverter if using an AC input charger). Running the vehicle for long enough to charge the battery seems pretty impractical to me. All of that can be avoided if you just size the pack to last the entire duration of it's intended usage. My project for this portable speaker i designed them to operate at 12V only ... so incase there is emergency need to charge i can just open my car hood and charge using my car electrical system
Whatever pack you buy, it needs to have proper under/over voltage protection as well.
