By the logo, it appears to be a Diotec product (low cost, 2nd source) and won't necessarily be fake or off-specification but whether you call them fake or not is really only about subjective audio assessment, by comparing the original product's performance, presumably with a good reference, in your specific application.
Consider that even genuine, original source product in current production likely wont be identical to older, original product either. There may still be faults with collateral damage and bias levels for the new parts - have you checked further and who was the manufacturer of the original semis anyway?

In the photo you can see the good sounding one. I believe it is original one. I don’t know who is the manufacturer of it. I bought some other mosfets from internet in Mexico and their base metal are not shiny and sounding muddy.By the logo, it appears to be a Diotec product (low cost, 2nd source) and won't necessarily be fake or off-specification but whether you call them fake or not is relative to the original product's performance in your specific application. Is Digi-key sells only original mosfets???
Logo is Siliconix, 2nd source. Original part was made by International Rectifier. Both was owned by Vishay but some portion of IR was sold to Infineon.
