both power and protection leds keep blinking ..all output transistors good ..driver card good...capacitors connected to the output section good ..any body ever fixed this problem??

Do you see any significant DC voltage across the speaker terminals?
How did you determine that there were no problems on the driver board?

I replaced the driver card with a working one from another amp.no voltage across the spk output.Do you see any significant DC voltage across the speaker terminals?

There are two 8-pin optocouplers near the PS driver IC.
What voltage do you read directly across pins 1 and 2 for each of those optocouplers?

Only leds see is the power and protectionThere is an LED that limits the voltage to about 1.5v. Recheck.
I changed them ..same problemLook at the attached datasheet for the optocoupler. Pins 1 and 2 are the terminals for an internal LED.
No voltage now on both optocouplersWhat's the exact voltage across pins 1 and 2 of the other optocoupler now?
Are you using current limiting on the B+ supply?
On the LM393 between the optocouplers and the 3525, which pin, 1 or 7 is pulsing?
