both power and protection leds keep blinking ..all output transistors good ..driver card good...capacitors connected to the output section good ..any body ever fixed this problem??

I replaced the driver card with a working one from another amp.no voltage across the spk output.
There are two 8-pin optocouplers near the PS driver IC.
What voltage do you read directly across pins 1 and 2 for each of those optocouplers?

Look at the attached datasheet for the optocoupler. Pins 1 and 2 are the terminals for an internal LED.
Are you using current limiting on the B+ supply?
On the LM393 between the optocouplers and the 3525, which pin, 1 or 7 is pulsing?
