Those Hitachi 2SK134 / 2SJ49 are no SITs/VFETs as far as I can tell.

I received an offer from another user here, but have not heard back from him since I asked him to send a PayPal invoice specifying the parts as tested/working. Hmmmm.

Can you share your source? I would be interested to get as many Sony VFETs for matching/curvetracing and the share these matched parts here on diyAudio.
