Does anyone know what the input capacitance for the phono input is. Looking at the service manual & the amplifier there appears to be some capacitors missing.(C3&C4)

Welcome.
The sale-sheet clearly says 150pFd.
HOWEVER..... the schematic shows 100pFd at the input, 100pFd at the chip, plus maybe 30pFd in chip and wiring, is over 200pFd.
Now if you are missing C3 C4, it may be more like 100pFd-130pFd.
Note also that the plan shows 470k||48k or 43.5k input resistance. Not the claimed (and usual) 47k.
These "errors" mostly affect the top octave. IMHO, few systems can aspire to "perfection" way up there, only "smoothness".
(C11 hardly matters because it is boot-strapped to a small fraction of its nominal value.)
