Hi As8812,
I finally looked at your CAM files. Very nice - that’s a whole lot of work to produce those STEP files for anyone to take to a CNC shop and have a flat pack ordered.
Thank you!

Appreciate it everyone - thanks again XRK for coming up with this speaker design in the first place.

Cheers, I just uploaded the files that I sent to a couple of shops for quote, I just wanted to make sure it was laid out correctly with respect to grain/the good birch side lol.

I am a pretty happy camper. I just happen to have 2 of the RS225-8's on the way to my house. I bought them off a fellow Canadian whom lives in the same province I do, so I saved some money on the transaction. Now I have to work on securing some 10F/8424's.

There is one 10F/8424 for sale in the US, I may scoop it, and then search for another one. Will have to think about this before taking the plunge. Would be nice to find a deal on 2 of them.

Later,

MM

Hi Potstip,
Here are some more photos. I’ll show you all that I have as we go. Here are some more. The poly fill damping is pretty straightforward. Fill closed end to the top of the speaker at the 180deg turn. Adjust to taste or by taking impedance sweeps with a DATS. Approximate volume of poly fill same as two size No 5 soccer balls. If bass sounds too boomy, add more.
