3 Band Equalizer Not Working

Gotta be a wrong connection, flipped polarity, etc.

Yup

Just to reassure you, many circuits won't work right the first time, since
there are too many places to make a mistake. Not at all unusual.
Yup - as I said welcome to the world of electronics theory and actual practice.

Even the slightest tiniest whisker of solder bridging a vero track (or even if it's coppered or plain perf board) and the circuit can be stopped in its tracks

I Have Not Connected Signal Ground With Non Inverting OpAmp I Have Just Made The Circuit According To The Given Shematic Did You Know What Is Deep Fault In The Circuit???

Well, there is your problem.
There is no deep fault in the schematics.
You are missing some knowledge. Ground connections are not drawn, its assumed you know where ground goes.

Thanks Adason I Really Appreciate The Way Of Your Explanation:worship:
But What Value Of Resistor Should Be For DC Input??
If I Put 10k Resistor on Both + - Side Then Circuit Little Bit Works But If I Remove 10k Resistor On Both Sides
Then The Circuit Did not Work It Gives Only Hmm Sound Only At High Or Low Volume:confused:

what do you mean DC Input?
whole circuit is cap coupled, there is no DC Input
You need to learn some stuff before you post questions

I Just Want To Say That IF I Give Proper +-15v Supply The Circuit Does Not Work But When If I Put 10k Resistor on On Both +- Sides Not On Ground Then Circuit Works Again
Any Way Thanks For Teaching Me Some Major Basics Of Electronics.
