SiC Mosfet for Class AB output Stage?

I tried to find lowest input capacitance, SIC Mosfet
I don't know how hard it will be to get them make MUSIC ,

First step, check the DC SOA curve in the datasheet, there isn't one, since these types of Mosfets are designed for high speed switching.

Second step, read the datasheet including the footnotes like this one from page 4 of the Rohm SCT3120AL datasheet -
***Please be advised not to use SiC-MOSFETs with Vgs below 13V as doing so may cause thermal runaway

Third step, use Lateral Mosfets.

A quick perusal from the document:

Devices may operate in linear mode at appreciable currents for a brief period (100 μs–100 ms) for applications such as current-limited power charging, electronic loads, and transient suppression during soft start.

Their definition of linear seems to indicate longer pulses than typical SiC Mosfets, none of their testing included a DC mode of operation.

SIC fets are designed for switching applications.
The statement that SICs are not suitable for analogue operation probably has legal reasons. If, for example, a large company uses SICs in analog operation and thereby causes damage to the customer, the clause is intended to prevent this. So the manufacturers can always refer to the data sheet. Also, why should manufacturers spend time and money researching the analog properties of SICs when 99.9% of the applications are likely to be switching applications?
However, that doesn't mean that SICs can't work in analog mode.
