Higest power supply for a dua TPA3116D2 amp

Highest power supply for a dual TPA3116D2 amp

I want to buy the 2021 Nobsound NS-15G TPA3116 amp but i do want 2x100 watt in 4 ohm or close to that since most class d amps has a max power rated at 10% thd, what is the highest i can go for, i know smsl make a 24 volt 6.75 a and nobousound a 24 6a power adapter, supply, is that enough ?

I need a good but cheep input selector (rca) for 4 units, i don't want the cheapest like this, don't like the size, shape of it, anything that can be recomended TronicXL Analogue Stereo 4-Way Input Audio Switch 3x 2x RCA Female 2x RCA Switch Switch Input Soft 1 Output 3 Input Audio Switch Loudspeaker Boxes HiFi: Amazon.de: Electronics & Photo

From TI datasheet:

1 Features
1• Supports Multiple Output Configurations
– 2 × 50 W Into a 4-Ω BTL Load at 21 V
(TPA3116D2)
– 2 × 30 W Into a 8-Ω BTL Load at 24 V
(TPA3118D2)
– 2 × 15 W Into a 8-Ω BTL Load at 15 V
(TPA3130D2)
That at 10% distortion.

Any claim beyond that is marketing fantasy.

Your 24V supplies are fine, but expect 2 x 30W and will only drive 8 ohm loads.

I don't have a 24 v power supply and the amp i want to buy is the 2x100 watt amp not the 2x50 watt in 4 ohm amp

You are showing this amplifier:
https://www.amazon.com/Nobsound-Bluetooth-Amplifier-Audio-Receiver/dp/B07NY19148

They claim:
large output power: with RCA and Bluetooth inputs, adopting 2PCS TPA3116 chip, max output power can reach 200W,
That is a LIE. 😡

Real specs are those I posted above, straight from the Manufacturer´s Datsheet.
Read my post again, that is truth, anything else is Fantasy/Lie.
I don't have a 24 v power supply
Well, YOU mentioned:
i know smsl make a 24 volt 6.75 a and nobousound a 24 6a power adapter,supply, is that enough ?
😕
the amp i want to buy is the 2x100 watt amp not the 2x50 watt in 8 ohm
100W is a lie.
Options are 2 x 50 into 4 @21V or 2 x 30 into 8 @24V

Issued power supply is 19V (typical laptop brick) so probable 2 x 20-25W into 8 ohm.

Ok, but then you will need a more powerful amplifier, not a TPA3116 based one.

The amp has dual TPA3116 chips and i rembered it's often in 2 ohm compared to the normal 2x50 watt in 4 ohm TPA3116 based amp where it delivers more power

I do have 4 ohm speaker so i could get okay power compared to only having 8 ohm speakers

Close to max power is more like getting close to what max power it can play, but the limit is 7.5a and 26 volt, just under 200 watt for the chip, here is what they rated specs are for the amp

Nobosund say Max. output power: 100W+100W (above 24V@8A / 4Ω) even when thye limite is 26 volt and 7.5a

I think i'm suffering deja vu! We went around a similar conversation a year or so ago, and you were 'advised' to look at other more recent chips than the TPA3116, such as the TPA32**, or the Infineon Merus.

Additionally, your threads nearly always end up with you talking about pwer supplies and, ultimately, ignoring advice and suggestions.

Things have moved on since a year ago, so once agion, look at amps with some other, more recent chips...

your welcome to recommed me something else

I just like the design of the new 2021 nobsound NS-15g and that you can disable the tone controls

here in #29 you can se someones impression of tpa 3251 and 3255 amps

The 2x325 watt amp is as fare as i know not available from a european store like ebay og amazon.de, i do want bluetooth, i think the current AIYIMA TPA3255 300Wx2 is nr 3 Violent pop noise occurs when the power is turned ON/OFF

The problem is i can't buy one with violent pop noise occurs when the power is turned ON/OFF

The AIYIMA A07 TPA3255 2 Channel Stereo Audio Amplifier 300W*2 cost 60 eueos + shipping but i could have violent pop noise occurs when the power is turned ON/OFF and i wouln't have bt

You have set IMPOSSIBLE goals.

Answer A:
You have been insisting with that 55 dollar amp for over a year now and have bought NOTHING yet.

Just buy it, period, you can´t afford anything else.

Answer B:
buy it, together with the 24V supply .
Load it with 4 ohm speakers.
Enjoy it tripping off when you play it loud.

Pick ONE: A or B

Answer C: buy it as-is, use it with the included 19V supply, stop dreaming 2 x 100W and most important: ENJOY it.
It is a GOOD amp just as-is.

Stop reading fake Amazon and Alibaba reviews, clearly written by manufacturer shills.

Stop obsessively comparing datasheets and graphs I am not too sure you understand, just LISTEN TO THE MUSIC.
