I'm looking to build a pair of Jeff Bagby's Revolutions, does anyone have the cabinet plans for it? Since I'm not going to build it myself, and are asking a cabinet worker to make it for me.

I already googled it. I can't seem to find the cabinet drawings for them.

Well why don't you contact them and ask how much the plans cost? I'm guessing they aren't free.

The woofer cabinet is .49cu ft or about 14L and measures 8″ wide, 13″ High and 11″ deep (3/4″ material) The original cabinet was 13″ deep

Thanks! Yeah, saw that, which with a picture to scale off of is good enough for a decent DIYer and presumably the local cabinet maker, but he wants blueprints, so the plans are probably [a lot] cheaper than having the shop do it.

For the SB oval passive radiator, how much do i need for the radius of the end (1/2 circle)?

Front Baffle Diffraction Treatment

For the front baffle, which one is better between a 45 degree chamfer, a 1/2" roundover or a slanted chamfer like the picture below?

The oval PR from SBA has only small linear excursion , too stiff a suspension!

And the straight plane segments of the paper cone are easy to vibrate , add a damping pad there on both segments ...

This PR is only suited for low playback volume and not so low tuning frequency!
