Hello!
I intended to build a Aikido with 6SN7 all the way, and most likely operate at 300V, but not sure how much current the circuit is drawing?
Can I use 2 x 0D3 for regulation of each channel?
Thanks!

As per Broskie's chart with an all 6CG7 (9 pin 6SN7) running at 300 volts:
The first tube should have 1K resistors for about 4.5mA current
The second tube should have 470 ohm resistors for about 7.5 mA.
You can adjust the resistors for whatever current flow you wish. The values above should give a starting point.
I've built Aikidos powered by Broskie's PS-1 reg. supply. No experience with tube regs.

But two 0D3 are capable 306v. Can I adjust the resistor values of the main audio circuit to accommodate with the additional 6v?
If the power supply is able to deliver 300v @20mA, I guess it should be fine, right?

That's just a 2% rounding error, ignore it.

There is no hard and fast rule, but I'd probably go with 330R cathode resistors all around with 6SN7. That said, I like to run the tubes a little hotter than some people... 10mA or so. It's only 1.5W per plate but in a more linear part of the curves.
