Wanting to order specific open source board from PCBway

Hello everyone, I’m hoping to get some guidance on ordering a specific board. I have never ordered boards and wouldn’t know where to begin as far as the info I supply them. My hope is that since they have made these boards for other people that they can just use those files to make more. It’s an open source board, so available to anyone. It’s a replacement for the STK0050 modules, I currently have four receivers that use the STK0050 and turn many away as I refuse to purchase the modules that are most certainly counterfeit.

Here is a link to one at PCBway.

I’m hoping to order a 3-4 dozen that way they should last me a very long time. I like to purchase parts to where I’ll never need to again just in case they go away. It’s why I buy certain diodes a 1,000 at a time or transistors hundreds at a time.

Any chance someone might be able to assist me on ordering these boards? I don’t even know where to find the open source info.

Thank you!
Dan

Hi Dan,

There is another simpler and faster option, and the best thing is that you can replace the Sanyo STK0050 with ECG1281/NTE1281 or ECG1333/NTE1333 without any modification. Both variants are available on ebay in your neighborhood for not too much money. The specifications and performance of the ECG/NTE power module are identical to Sanyo.😉

You received your answer at AK not sure why you need to ask it here as well? That is my design that I made public. The A1-3. Zip file is all you need to load up at jlcpcb. Note that this design also uses a Al plate that is tapped to fasten the transistors. Contact me if you want the Al plates, sorry these are not for free as I had to put out some$ for them

While you order from JLCPCB or PCBWAY you will note that charges from both of them are almost the same, including shipment.

Although in terms of quality of board and finishing in my experience PCBWAY is slightly better, however the caveat is that never ever opt for shipment by SF Express, they are the worst cheaters among all shipping companies.

Do avoid that cheater of a company rest of the things are fine.

Otherwise all you need to do is head to PCBWAY headover to pcb instant quote, select quick order and upload the entire zip file as mentioned earlier.

or for JLCPCB select add gerber files, upload the entire zip file.
