When such things happen, you are definitely forced to cut the board, or almost always. For example, I happened to make these extreme rescue attempts, maybe they are not great, but it works. My God. Fuses, strangers!

Take pictures of the other side of the card. We might be able to figure it out by looking at where (or where might) the components go.
