So I wanted to design a pair of transmission line speakers for the TangBand W6-2144, I know it has already be done but i wanted my own.
Im just starting to use Hornresp and i quite like it.
Here is a little pdf i made to resume everything, and my current progress on the speakers.
I basically wanted to know if I was on the right track so far, if no what's wrong and if yes, what's next ?

Is there a reason why you tuned this driver at 80Hz?
I'm sure using a TL that you could reach much lower, unless it is to have a THX system?

80Hz ?? I probably did it wrong, as explained in the pdf I thought I had tuned it to 40Hz... 😕

Looks fine to me if you want it tuned this high except I aways add Rg = 0.5 ohm min. for wiring and a realistic max power rating is only ~16 W/4 mm Vs ~8 W/3 mm.

Well, the problem is i don't want it to be tuned high, 40Hz would be ideal, what did i miss ?
All my design thoughts are written in the .pdf to understand why its tuned like so.

1. the driver has an underhung VC of only 4mm length, so you cannot reach 5mm excursion, just 3mm.
2. The speakers are free standing, you have to consider a 4pi environment, the baffle step will cause -6dB at low frequencies.
3. I would be very careful with hornresp, it is only 1-dimensional and cannot picture the 180° bends.
The first 2 chambers have standing waves at around 350Hz, need stuffing.
I would also remove the central cone which causes ripples in the high frequencies

The baffle step is -6dB until 100Hz then around -3dB at 500Hz and -0dBat 2000Hz (25cm width).
You can attenuate the higher frequencies so they have the same level as the lows.
There are calculators in the net for it.
Some remove the small cone and say it betters the sound which is extremely directive at higher frequencies, but do not do that now.

Guess I wasn't too clear in that I meant I would make it larger to go lower before rolling it off, i.e. increasing net Vb to tune it lower before rolling off around 40 Hz depending on room location, amount of EQ available.
Basic max flat ~36 Hz TQWT based on your path-length attached.
