There are 4 identical circuits. You can measure the value of the cap and inductor from the other circuits. I think they're 0805 but you can confirm with a dial caliper.
The diodes are 1N4148 type.

From the limited information I have on the value of the caps, I see 1uf commonly used. This is from the 3640 boards. These are connected between the SD terminal of the 21844 and terminals 3 and 5 of the 21844.

Hi Perry, sorry, but this card is listed in any forum I know of as DWM3640 V20. I'm not sure it's called DWM4070 because I understand that this name is attributed to the short card (always 4 IRS21844). Maybe am I wrong?
If you want, I have the cards available, both ready and "empty" to populate. They are new.
