Not sure how small you want, but i just used the SB26STCN-4 in a two way with a 5.25 peerless heritage woofer. It was much smaller in mounting diameter and cutout diameter, but still is a very nice tweeter Active crossover around 2.5 to 3K . Great imaging and smooth response.
well, 25mm is not so small, and there is no data for the tweeter. but i liked the idea of having the mounting screws hidden behind the grill, i wish more tweeters had that
i have tried the similar sized (diaphragm wise) sb26stac and it did not work so well for me, sb21sdc and sb19st did not work either. seas 19ttf1 and s-s d2010-851300 works much better. i have also tried the old vifa d19td but i want something better

Peerless has several, some of which have been tested in HiFiCompass' labs and look pretty good: OT19 / XT19, DX20... all tiny and rather cheap.

I've used this in Ron Es "C-notes" MTMs with the Peerless 830656 mid woofer, sounds very good. A ring radiator, much smaller than a dome tweeter.

if budget is no issue, hiquphon ow1 are great little tweeters, I mean the dome size
but if you are budget conscious, both little dayton nd16fa or nd20fb sounds great
