Can anyone please recommend me a ready-made DAC Product that is based on the Wolfson WM8741 DAC Chip?
I can find ones that are based on the WM8740, but the WM8741/8742 are harder to find..

The reviews about it are from 2010.. which indicates how much time passed since it was sold..
I liked the sound from the DAC, it was quite sweet, and really matches well with the kind of music I like,
yet there was a problem with that DAC Product:
the implementation in that DAC Product emphasized the Low and the High frequencies way too much.
(a known phenomenon that many DAC creators fall for, to "enhance" people's weak speakers and make the sound more emphasized)
So I did not stay with it.
I wonder why the WM8741 has such a low presence in DAC products..
The WM8741 and WM8742 should be really good DAC chips,
such a waste there are almost no options to choose from..
A similar problem exists with the AD1862, which for so long I wished to hear,
yet couldn't find a DAC Product with it..
It seems that it's not being sold anymore..

The γ2 compact high performance DAC
The γ3 high resolution DAC
These are not ready made products, but they’re based on WM8741. If you can’t DIY, there are professional builders that could make one for you for a fee, at least for the γ2.
