Is there a waiting list or similar for the upcoming Pass Vfet kit?

I’m honestly very excited about trying the circuit with a standard MOSFET. The topology is interesting.
Also there’s multiple input stages in the works, so it’s going to be a very neat amp even without the unobtainium Sony devices.

That's an interesting bit of news. From other posts I assumed the Vfets would always be necessary to build the amp. Great news that its a more accessible project!

Great news. I'm glad to hear that our favourite Master Wizard has worked up alternate paths forward that don't require sacrifice of a first born child to obtain parts that have long since virtually disappeared and have taken on the rarity of rocking horse doo-doo.. 😱
