No eBay transistor seller, that's for sure. How I wish eBay would rid their site of these frauds!
You could try Tohri in Japan (I've used them several times; reliable seller, and - unlike many other Japanese vendors - willing to communicate in English & ship abroad).
They should have A744-O in stock; unfortunately, they only seem to have C1403-O (a higher-voltage version of C1402) to go with it...
