Hi all,


I'm looking to buy a few of MJ10014's for testing.
maybe 6 - 10 pieces at most. Don't have a lot of cash but
can pay something reasonable for these old TO-3 type
Darlington chips.

They are MJ10014, and there is one US based ebay seller that has the genuine Motorola's. They were principally designed for use in switching power supplies.

They are not cheap however.

At first puzzled by your reply, and then not, the "s" at the end
was meaning plural. Should have typed MJ10041's. 🙂
