just to show off, as usual
soon to be finished, small Tann boxes for Living Room, to take place of Absolute WAF OB
some wax on veneer, to finish hefty xovers and to put that fluffy white stuff in...
though, it'll wait a little, not overly in mood for dragging them around

Soak that fluffy white stuff in oil or wax, make fluffy balls and throw them softly on to the tannoys. Now give those 'babies' the adored massage so that the surface will be smooth and shiny.....

it's (whitish) from light - Mahogany Veneer
material is premium particle board (lazy to fight to acquire plywood, while I don't like MDF for spks), several broomsticks for braces, 200mm sewing pipe for TL opening
I've send Pa Sketchup file, slightly bigger ones - project for his venerable Tanns, but he's lazy to try it instead of his bigbadass Jensen cabs
that's Pa .... 🙂

....I'd like a pair of those! BUT - with drivers and super-cooper xover please!
is coming; must make a list!😀

I didn't made them (this time)
it was change of works with local guy (having plenty of work in audio carpentry etc.) - he made me boxes, I did assembly of some preamp to him
I don't like veneering job, so arrangement was great for both of us
though, rebate for that Tann basket is easy , they gave nice sketch in some papers

I'd like to know how to make odd-shaped rebates, too, as this would free me from the restriction of having to use round speakers for everything. I have a Jasper Jig and a Router Buddy floating around.
If you work with someone having CNC router capability, problem solved...

If you look at what ZM posted, it's pretty straight forward wrenchone. The corner radii are done from the center. Can't read the radius but the sides are done from 93 mm further away from center on a 289 mm radius.
Greedy Boy able to make Captain Nemo copper covered speakers must be able to do that funny work
or just chisel them and put some copper around
