At the price to build a FW clone I would not try and save money by not buying store F4 boards. You will get an abundant supply of info building from store boards.

Note this is for a slightly older version of the schematics. The current
version (as shown in the F4 manual 6L6 linked above) contains
some value changes. The ones I spotted are:
R3, R4: From 22.1R to 10R
R8: From 22.1K to 27.4K
R10 to R15: From 100R to 150R
The boards are fine but the resistor spacing is pretty tight. For the
non-power resistors you might consider more compact/shorter ones.
These boards haven't been available for a while so you're less likely to
find recent experience with them, compared to the store boards.

That's funny, I'm just getting back into class A ss stuff after quite a few years and I too found a set of Peter Daniel's F4 boards. I'm pretty sure the ones I found are labeled 'Audio Sector' though. I'm interested in building an F4, but planned on buying the boards from the store to avoid any unnecessary hassle.
Believe I have the printed BOM somewhere in case it's gone.
