Im working on a power acoustic amp..
The rectifiers in it are MUR1620CTA and UF1620CT
The MUR1620C is the same as the UF1620CT or the 1620CTA ??

MUR 1620CT is a 16a 200 volt diode, in a TO220 package. UF1620CT there is not much info about that part number, the UF part might be Ultra Fast
To realise 16a it would have to be heat sinked. i found a data sheet here:
ON Semiconductor Are the MUR and UF parts both TO220 case ?
This part suggests it could replace with a bit of tweaking ie pin outs

Usually they are MUR1620CT and MUR1620CTR
Im only guessing here but the MUR1620C is probably the same as the MUR1620 CT.
Yes..
1 of them is MUR1620CTA arrows are pointing outward..
Other one is marked UF1620CT arrows pointing inward..
I have MUR1620C's and FEP16DTA on hand
Wondering if they will work in place of the orginals and if so which one is what?

Got amp with blown diode rectifiers MUR3040
The thing is that i cant any suitable replacements with 30A @ 400V and TO-220 case. Could be that amperage is overrated for this manufacturer? As its 30A and TO220 case.

Because they don't specify I'm going to assume 30a gross. That means 2 x 15a. The datasheet you linked is for the common anode. Assuming that's correct you could try:
SDURF3040CTR
You'll notice the datasheet for that actually states 15 per leg, 30 gross. Good luck!
