Hi,
I found in flea market very large number MOSFET from ex CDMA/GSM BTS or a brand new one from datasheet I know the have 60 to 300w in 1800-2200MHz because the price is very cheap. from 1USD to 10USD I been thinking to use it in Pass design amplifier. but before I regret my idea if some one kind enough to give me idea or suggestion about which scheme and parameter I must use Vmax, I max etc
some of parts I already have is,
MRF6S18060NR1
mrf8s9260hs
MRF8P9300HS
All idea is appreciated.
Anton

nobody can deduce DC/audio range behavior from these datasheets, nor you'll find that data, simply because they're not intended for that usage
only way is to actually play with them, including stress/destruction tests

actually I have tested them with DC condition.
for example
MRF6S18060NR1 can handle 100watt DC with no difficulties (25v 4A) what is worries me is, because their design in microwave range they have very High gain in audio range compare letsay IRF450.
off course self oscillation is a bad thing can occur because their gain I do not now how to prevent self oscillation without "changing sound quality"
gate stoppers, inductivity in drain etc
then curve-trace them, or just try in some simple circuit and measure THD Spectra

Yeah, treat them like high bandwidth vacuum tubes. Ferrite beads plus resistive gate stoppers. Added gate to drain caps, etc.

Ok I understand the procedure now especially treat like vacuum tubes,
next question which one from Mr Pass Design I need to use ?
for start , Zen amp
or, just send few of them to Pa, he likes to try new parts
sure maybe Someone can send me the shipping address
