Hi. Does anyone recognise this card?

I just bought a player, but i havent got it yet, just a picture. It is digital out, but what is it.

Made in Eindhoeven......something to do with Philips?

I havent got it yet. I just have a picture for now. The player is sendt to me.

I have found out it is a tentlabs xo clock of some kind.
