This is not the right place to discuss alternatives to Semisouth's.
There are threads at the Pass forum dedicated for that.

But I have drawn my own conclusions long ago.
Obvious choice, based purely on facts.

I have received my Quad today.

Couldn't help getting out the curve tracer 😉
Looks pretty darn good to me as a quad (and one almost absolutely perfect Pair)

Thanks again!

PS: this is arbitrary Vds = 5V

You will not get the true story until you have 20V Vds and controlled 55°C +/-0.1°C case temperature.
And your "curve tracer" should have current sensing resistors on heatsinks with 0.01% accuracy, 30ppm/K tempco and Kevin connections.

Curve traced @20V Vds
Looks even better indeed at the parameters they've been matched for 🙂

Re. temp control, I certainly can't do better than 1°C (with a chinese IR temp reader lol) but I'm the "engineer" type of guy, so it's good enough for me since I can't garantee that type of temperature control in my application anyway.

At this stage this was more for self satisfaction than anything else.

We have many people asking for Semisouths by PM.

This GB is closed and completed.
We still have devices left as some have opted out or simply did not pay.
So we shall offer those some time early next year.
