My Rockport Style 2way Speaker DIY project..
I'm making Rockport style 2way speakers.
tweeter : scanspeak 9900
midwoofer : audiotechnology sk130 4ohm
First I designed passive network in test enclousure, freq. curve as follows
Passive tuning in test enclousure..
and making rockport style enclousure.
I plan to finish lacquer paint like rockport, wilson audio etc..
I used lacquer spray paint for car.
After first painting, too many scratches, so I used red putty..
Final enclousure painting as follows.

Exceptional construction and finishing.
It's important not to obstruct the rear airflow from the midrange driver, hence proper chamfering rear baffle driver holes is needed.

Fortunately front baffle is detachable, I will do chamfering later.
Absolutely gorgeous! Any more details (pics and/or links) on how you did the sloping bevels? They're definitely a step above the flat bevels one normally see.
