Could I use Alesis 3630 Compressor output to my mixer as following:
- input 2 mics into channel A and B
- then use the outputs A and B from this compressor to the 2 Mic inputs of mixer (before I connect 2 mics to this mixer directly)
- output from mixer to a graphic EQ and the use its output to a power amp.
Is this setup OK?

if your mixer has insert points use those to patch in the compressor (you may not have enough signal to get the comp to operate properly)
what mixer are you using?
what mixer are you using?
Mic direct into comp won't work particularly well. Mic preamps are designed for lots of clean gain (usually up to 60dB) to get to line-level, while compressors are intended to work at line-level already. Feeding a mic-level signal into a compressor means you probably won't have enough signal to activate the compressor, and you're likely to add a load of noise to the signal.
The way to do it is this:
Mic into desk
Insert point to/from comp.
Then desk to graphic and then to processor/amps depending on your setup.
