You could well be right, it's quite subjective after all. Similar to abuse in a way, people will try and tell you things are ok/normal but my take is, if you feel you are being abused or exploited then you are.
And then there's the other kind, that bloats up whatever, and gets all pumped up for no reason at all.

Being not vegie I'm surprised to have the minimum in the margin being not over 50 years old!
And from what I understood, this is not the good way to measure it cause it doesn't talk about the true B12 bio disponibility for the body ! Better from what I read to process to an urine analysis looking for the level of Methylmalonic acid (MMA)... Sure the vegans know perfectly about that.
So whatever you're veggie/vegan or not, you may not live longer without a carefull follow-up scheme and check with your doctor.
Idem for vitamins A (but please stop to take tons of butter if you are americans but wanting to be a lobby victim), D, B9, being older (especiallly from 70)... It is noticed for B12 than old people have often an absorption problem whith B12 which wear out the liver stock that can last till 4/5 years. People being not equall some may have B12 stock problems young yet...
Humm maybe something to check with your doctor according your age and diet ! Not all the country seem equal about that and doctors' information. Countries like USA or Swizzterland look like forunners about B12 & Health diseases while it's far to be as important as blood pressure or diabetes.

Where can insects be cleaner? They are infected with eggs of all kinds of worms and can be poisoned with herbicides pescitides and other extremely toxic chemicals, because they eat everything. In Christianity, insects are not food, as in Judaism and Muslims, too.
I do not believe that in Costa Rica bad foods such as chicken and fish.

Oh I'm not in Costa Rica. They have strict privacy laws so I tell my phone and other devices we are in Costa Rica.
