Class D with integral SMPS

Hi

I’m looking out of pure curiosity at amplifier with integrated power supply. Looking for a minimum of 50w into 4 ohm per channel.

What are our choices for DIYer besides the nice sounding units from IcePower and Hypex Ncore ? I already own an amp from both these manufacturers, I enjoy them a lot but want to know what else is available and good sounding.

My reasoning is that when the supply is incorporated into the same pcb as the amps the following was hopefully done properly on the SMPS ; sizing, protection (voltage, current, temperature), pumping effect to just name a few.

Price wise I’d like to pay similar price as IcePower stuff.

Thanks for any recommendations

Eric

Hypex have some small multi-channel 30W units, the UcD3xMP series.

The 2-channel one is out of stock and not made any more.
The 4-channel one is out of production, and they're selling the remaining stock cheap.
The 6-channel version is aparently still made.

Anaview has several variants from 2x50W up to 1x1000W. Linking to Strassacker, since Anaviews own site is down for maintenance.
