Can anyone help me identify these 3 way bookshelves. They have a 10” woofer and it has a 5 in enclosed mid. Also has screw type posts with no actuators. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Looks a lot like a Fisher I used to have, but I don't remember the tweeter looking like that. Nothing on the back of the cabinet?
Maybe the original drivers were blown and had to be replaced. The currently mounted tweeter looks like a piezo tweeter.
The tweeter is a piezo. The mid driver got a fold in the membrane and that one capacitor is probably the whole crossover or does the woofer got the luxus of a coil? I wouldn't expect much from them.
You can often tell the brand of the drivers and that's more important than who assembled them isn't it?
Pull the woofer and list the numbers. There's a 6 (or 7) digit code that identifies the manu and when it was made and you'll find it on the basket somewhere. The number on the cone is not usually as important.

That last pic seems to show a missing surround on the woofer. If so, I can't expect it's worth redoing unless you've done it a few times before.
Yes, only 2 remnant 'bridges' of the surround are remaining. I doubt it's worth the effort to swap the surrounds or working on that at all with drivers you could buy for less than 10 bucks. The enclosure seems to be nice though, I can only see one little spot where the decor foil is damaged. The best use of it is probably glue a new baffle onto the old one and put new speakers into it.
If you want to sell it, don't invest any money in it, you won't get that back. Better sell it as-is.
I have since already replace surrounds.(no big deal). Just to see how they sounded. Result not unlistenable but not great either. I will pull 1 of the woofer back out and look for the numbers on the basket. I do know it is an alnico style woofer.
You may find all of two caps and no coils inside. Also the plastic pot on the midrange can contribute hash to the sound by reflecting the back wave right through the cone. My guess is you'll see 137 on the woofer - CTS.
I doubt it's an alnico magnet. When the foam surrounds became popular, ferrite magnets were already standard for quite a while, only some expensive ones (mostly tweeters) had still alnico magnets. These are cheap speakers so I really don't think you'll find any alnico in there.
The mid driver doesn't even have a coil. They likely did not add a cap at the piezo tweeter.
I'd expect more harshness from the piezo tweeter. 😉
My guess too. Alnico magnet and now on it's 3rd set of surrounds. I am thinking the originals were inverted cloth. If so, I might have a pair for you. Only problem is, shipping is more than they're worth.
