Even the speakers you listed look dubious for a serious testing of an universal meaning.

There are no speakers that can universally fill this role/ Every speaker has an ideal amplifier. An amp & speaker cannot be evaluated separately.

As written earlier, for what it costs, it's an excellent amp except that it is simply not what was hyped.

It is a very good amp. Almost everybody has a budget they have to live in. And once you buy it, it just goes, and goes and goes…

I certainly agree the comparison is unfair since a proper DHT amp is more costly than SIT-3 (unless you buy s/h).

It's not unfair. I saw someone is saying SIT amp is better than way more expensive DHT amp. It's nothing but your preference regardless of the price. 😉

Can't just say, "this what we found" and be done with it. You're going to be asked questions.

I think it's OK to say I found this or that as long as he is confident about his preference. The problem is his posts are showing the lack of his confidence about his DHT amps by themselves, which confuses people.
