Purchasing Ad797 phono preamps

HI, I would like to purchase four of the preamp PCBs if you have them.
By the way, I was a colleague of Scott Wurcer in Analog Devices- also an ADI Fellow- and I designed, amongst others, the AD845 and AD846 amps.

Dear Sachin,

if there are any left, I would like to try to build one. Would need 1 preamp phono stage PCB and 1 PSU board. Are there any hard to come by parts that you are also offering as a kit?
Let me know how to proceed...
