I am interest in D2audio ICs but I cant buy programmer and software for new generation of ICs anywhere. Has someone access to this equipment ? I only have old Canvas Suite but its not suitable.

I have a 8 Channel evaluation setup for the earlier Canvas Suite if your interested (I'm located in the Czech Rep) - but not sure about the latest IC's.
Which new generation are you referring to? The Canvas software is still the tool set. Did you check the Intersil site? Digital Amplifier & Sound Processors '|' D2Audio '|' Renesas
They are now part of Renasas but otherwise no changes. In my experience you program them in the system unless you are in production. And you should have active interactive controls to get the most from the system.

Many years ago I was provided a full demo system by D2Audio but we never got around to trying it. I'm not sure I still have the canvas software - I used to travel as work required and its hard to keep track of such loose items.
I developed the output stages that where then used by D2Audio - but its been many years since I've worked on Class D - but its rather simple if you follow the basics 🙂

IF and its a big IF I still have the software then it will be on some old hard disks... hopefully someone here might have easier access.
The Date on the system is 2004 - so your software "I have old Canvas Suite, but its version from year 2005 " has a good chance or working 🙂

I am in contact with Intersil but they said "support for new generation of ICs is for big customers". Not for hobbyists or small productions.
John's kit looks very good so this should be sufficient for me now.
