Attenuator extension kit for 10mm faceplate

I was hoping someone can help me out here. I need an extension kit for an attenuator that will fit the 10mm faceplate from the diyaudio chassis.

All the Ebay ones I come across have max thickness mounting hole less than 10mm.

I found one from DACT that would fit but they don't seam to have US distributor.

Any info on where I can get one?

You can make your own pretty easily. Take apart an old large pot for the bushing and nut.

If the pot's shaft is long enough, you can hack saw that off to use.
Otherwise check at the hardware store for 1/4" rod stock. Order a shaft coupler on ebay.
