I had a Rockford with a blown channel of outputs and a blown power supply. I got the power supply up and running smoothly then reinstalled all new outputs. But the amp slowely draws current starts at 1.67amp and looks ok but if you wait it steady rises in current draw. Any ideas?

You have to have the transistors clamped when setting the bias so they can't heat quickly. After setting it, let it idle for a few minutes, at least, to see if the bias holds.
ok perry. Have you ever seen a small driver chip imprint 2045 soic6 in a prime 1000 amplifier. trying to find a part number.
I don't know. It likely hasn't failed. Contact Rockford to see if they can give you any information on it.
