What midwoofer for sealed enclosure?

Hello to all.
I would like to build two small speakers, I would like a low extended precise and controlled, and that the speakers are transparent and detailed.
I need some advice on which midwoofer between these two.
Seas w15ly001
Scanspeak 15W/8530K01
it should be paired with a scan speak 9700 tweeter.
thank you!

I can't comment on the SEAS midbass driver, but I did use the SS driver that you mention (which is their higher qts version) many years ago along with a SEAS Millennium tweeter in a 2-way. I used it in a 7L sealed box and was very surprised just how much bass that tiny thing produced. It is a very nice midbass.

OK thanks.
But I have a doubt: the official reports say that the scanspeak has a qts of 0.41 while zaphauido in its comparison test says that the qts is 0.56.
what is the truth?
if it was 0.56, to have a qtc of about 0.7 I should use a 40lt box !!!

Zaphaudio is nearer to truth. When you measure higher Qts, than Vas usually is smaller. Calculate the box for about Qtc=0.8, than staff it full with glasswool. You will get almost the same bass as Qtc=0.7, but with the smaller volume of Qtc=0.8.
Box volume for 8530k001 should be less than 25 Liters.

Another thing to think of Is xmax. The bigger the box, the deeper the bass, but at expense of xmax. SPL will be reduced when playing music that has bass In It. A good torture track for this kind of thing Is London Grammar - Hey Now.

Obviously It depends on what music you listen to and how loud you listen, but If It were me I wouldn't put that driver In a box bigger than 10ltr.

Yes i listen music at Low, moderate volume.
10 liters seems a good idea ... but if the qts is really 0.56 I would have a qtc of about 1 right?
at the moment I'm developing my two-way speakers with a midwoofer seas ca18rly and tweeter seas 27tdcf.
about 16 liters in closed box, crossover about 2200hz. it sounds good to me, not so many bass but maybe realistic.

Ok i understand.
Id like to show you some pics of my seas dei ways speakers 🙂 thanks you for any comment/suggestion

I I used 21mm birch plywood, 2mm butyle sheet, 5cm polyurethane foam, 5mm pure wool panel (not on the back panel) and partial filling with 50gr of pure carded wool

No, it is lower.
I didn't look at Zaphaudio site for 15W/8530K01 measurements, but if Zaphaudio measured Qts=0.56 (in datasheet it is Qts=0.41) than measured Vas must be smaller than datasheet's Vas=24 liters. So, Qtc in 10 liters must be lower than 1.
I would choose 15W/8530K01 over CA18RLY, in a closed box from 16 to 20 liters.
