Exposure XV mm phono stage capacitance

My Exposure xv has a MM: 3m, 47ohms, 470pF well that's what it says on the Exposure website is it worth me changing this on the mm board inside the amp.I presume it just means changing a capacitor or am I miles off.I'm using a rega RB 250 and the cart is Shure 97 ex.If I'm coming across as a complete Divvy I am and apologies

Shure recommends a total of 250pF load capacitance.
The Rega arm has around 150pF, so the Exposure should have 100pF.
It will be worth changing the 470pF internal capacitor in the Exposure.

Preferably polystyrene or class 1 ceramic (but practically all 100 pF ceramic capacitors are class 1).
