Distant pots

Seems I must do that (image)..

For the Vol pot - which is best? Lower or higher pot value
(10k, 22k, 47k, 100k)?
The previous stage would have Zout 1k, even 100 ohms.
Some considerations about the Opamp input network?
Can I omit Rin?
What about the RGND?

For the Blend pot - not much change of the circuit is possible. Not at all...
Is it necessarilly bad to to have a distant pot there?

I would keep RGND, a fairly high value (100k maybe) would not greatly affect the potentiometer#s characteristics and ensures that the input of the Opamp stays terminated in case of a faulty or worn pot.
I think R IN is not necessary.

You can put a 150r fader in another building. 600r fader signals can be run up and down a multi-story building. That's how the big organizations used to do it.

10K fader can drive 1,000-2,000pFd and still cover the audio band. That's about 30-60 feet of cable here, 10 to 20 meters on your ruler. 0.2 meters is nothing, and 100K would work, but if you have <1K sources then stay low.
